This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the responsible and ethical use of materials provided by ShipNative, including but not limited to source code, Notion templates, and Figma design files. This policy exists to protect our company, our customers, and the broader developer community from unethical, irresponsible, or unlawful activity.

Customer Accountability

By purchasing and using any ShipNative materials, you agree to:

  • Use the materials in a lawful, responsible, and ethical manner
  • Be fully accountable for how the materials are used in your projects
  • Ensure any collaborators, contractors, or clients accessing the materials comply with this policy
  • Take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized distribution or misuse of the materials

Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property Violations

You may not use ShipNative materials to:

  • Develop products that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or repackage our templates or source code as part of competing commercial offerings
  • Build or distribute derivative works that violate licensing agreements

Malicious Usage

You may not use ShipNative materials to:

  • Create software designed for malicious, unlawful, or exploitative purposes
  • Spread viruses, malware, spyware, or perform unauthorized system intrusions
  • Build tools or applications intended to breach, manipulate, or bypass software security systems
  • Develop spam bots, web scrapers (without legal basis), or tools for unauthorized data harvesting

Ethical Restrictions

You may not use our materials in the development of:

  • Applications that promote or distribute hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content
  • Products intended to deceive, manipulate, or mislead end users
  • Systems designed to harass or stalk individuals or groups
  • Tools that violate international or local privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, or ePrivacy regulations

Content and Data Handling Guidelines

When using our materials to develop end products, you must ensure:

  • Your applications operate in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction
  • All user data is handled in a secure, lawful, and transparent manner
  • Your application respects privacy rights and displays clear terms of use
  • Reasonable precautions are taken to protect users from harm and maintain ethical business practices

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Termination or revocation of your license to use ShipNative materials
  • Suspension of access to updates and support services
  • Legal action where appropriate or required by law

We reserve the right to take immediate action in the event of serious violations.
