License Terms

When purchasing a product from ShipNative, you are granted access to a complete package of materials, which may include:

  • Source code
  • Notion templates
  • Figma design files

Please read the following license terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding the use of these materials. For any questions, contact info@ship-native.com.

License Overview

ShipNative retains full ownership of all provided materials (source code, Notion templates, Figma designs) but grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use them under the terms outlined below.

This license allows you to build and launch multiple end products, whether for personal use, for clients, or for commercial purposes. Agencies and freelancers are permitted to purchase licenses on behalf of clients and charge for their services.

Permitted Uses

You are allowed to:

  • Use the materials to develop and publish multiple end products
  • Customize and adapt the materials for your own or client projects
  • Incorporate the materials into commercial, personal, or internal projects
  • Deliver client work that includes customized versions of the materials
  • Use the templates and designs across multiple projects within the scope of one license

Prohibited Uses

You are not allowed to:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share any part of the original materials
  • Publish the source code, Notion template, or Figma design files in public repositories or marketplaces
  • Share access to the original files with individuals or companies who have not purchased a license
  • Use any part of the materials to build or sell a competing template, boilerplate, or design system
  • Include any part of the materials in open-source projects without prior written permission from ShipNative
  • Resell individual components (e.g., the Figma template or Notion file) as standalone products

License Validation

  • A license is valid for one individual or one organization
  • Additional users or clients require a separate license
  • Access to the materials is tied to the original purchaser and may not be transferred
  • License credentials must be retained for validation or support requests

Updates and Support

  • Your purchase includes access to future updates of the licensed materials
  • Updates are provided through the delivery method specified at the time of purchase
  • Support is offered in accordance with the terms of the package or license purchased

Changes to License Terms

ShipNative reserves the right to update or modify these license terms at any time. Such changes will not apply retroactively and will not affect existing licenses.
